    Hi @rayvahab ,

    The plugin uses the same emailing system that WordPress itself uses so there shouldn’t be any issues if other emails are working fine.

    You can test that by requesting a password reset email, if you receive that one but do not receive the emails from the contact form then let us know and we’ll figure out how to proceed with the debug process.

    If you do not receive the password reset email then there’s something wrong with the WP mailing functionality and that’s unfortunately not a straightforward process, there are a lot of potential issues that could be causing that.
