Simple backend for slow connections

  • Hi,
    for a blog about development cooperation we have about 60 users stationed in developping countries around the world (mainly Ecuador, DR Congo and Rwanda). Now there is one ‘problem’: the front of the site (for the visitors) looks really good and works perfectly, however, we have some issues for the writers in the backend. These are mainly causes by a slow connection. Is there any way we can strip down the WordPress backend to a very simple (text-only) version AND keep the original version for the countries that do posses a faster connection.
