Simple auto insert line

Love the plugin, its works perfect, just what I needed, thank you so much!
I really am getting frustrated though trying to tweak something very small.Since I’m using subscribe2 plugin, which sends a daily digest email, I want to have lines separating each post (in plain text i.e.: “_____”). Which file, where and how can I make this simple edit so that a line will be automatically added to the bottom of every post without giving users the ability to delete it? It would be in the main body area of the post content but not a function that puts an object at the end of each page…
