Simple API scrape?

Well the docs for this scraping I can’t understand anything of and hope for some simple help due this must be super simple for real.

If I wanna get the points, for example I use rainmeter and there I scrape this way to catch something points=”(.*)”
I tried read about the CSS scraping but really I don’t understand it, I can’t find a way to get the points out of this.How to do!?
