• Update July 21, 2021: The newest update shrunk the size of the text on my entire site. I deactivated your plugin and the size returned to normal. I really appreciated your plugin until now…!

    I appreciate the simple design and ease of implementation. It’s exactly what I needed, thank you!

    One tiny improvement would be the ability to use the same name for all my FAQs. I offer different services and have a FAQs section for each. But the plugin won’t allow the heading “Frequently Asked Questions” more than once. I had to add a colon or an ellipses for the other headings.

    Another improvement would be the paragraph spacing in the first question of a FAQ group. In each FAQ group, the answer to the first question always ends up in one big block even though I’ve spaced the paragraphs. As a workaround, I’ve added <br> to the code.

    1. We would surely consider this in our future releases. In this case, we would give an option to hide the group title and to take from the global settings (where you can have the title as you wish, in your case “Frequently asked Questions”.

    2. Does this happen for every FAQ groups? I just tested this on our local and was not able to reproduce it. Could you please give us your website details and temporary admin access to your site so that I could check this down?
