Simple and Does the Job Sweetly

I found it via a simple google search while looking for simple subscribe forms, I wasn’t expecting it will be simple and neat.
I would have given it 5 stars if It had some more templates, hover on button should have had a hand or some trigger and especially if it didn’t have a tiny lag after submitting the form.
Having said all of that it doesn’t make it less than good at all… I am still using it and it’s very much worth a try.
