Simple Ads Manager: manual update via FTP – which files not to overwrite?

I use Simple Ads Manager and need to manually update via FTP (no other option)
Question: Which files do I need to not overwrite to keep my ad setup like it is?
I want to avoid to have to setup everything new of course.
