Simple add to cart with shipping calculator?

    Any one know of a simple plugin which is just an add to cart button, the shipping is calculated different for items and destinations- and uses paypal?

    i.e if i sell an orange to a gut in the US, he will pay $2 shipping, if i sell it to a guy in England; he pays $4.

    Please help, I’ve been looking all day and cant find anything ??
