2FA is only for admin users!!!

I like the simple to use and effective security features, especially for a free plugin. But I’m wondering why 2FA can only be activated for Admin users?

I can appreciate the fact that only Admin users have access to critical parts like Plugins, user management, file edit, and so on, however, Editors and Authors can still change the website content, or access conversation if available and an editor can access them.
