Similar to a webminar plugin but simplier

Hi, I was looking for a plugin that allows visitors to register for a video (I commercial presentation my customer made) that will be released on a specific date. It is like a scheduled webinar where people register and then access to the room in a certain date but without interaction features (no chat and that stuff needed). I just need people to be registered (with reminder functionality if possible) and a media player to be accessible on a planned date. People watch the video and then they leave the “room”.
