Similar Posts by Category

I was wondering if there was a way or hack to display ‘similar posts’ based solely on how many categories it matches? Most of my posts are categorized in 4 or 5 categories. Is there a way so that in the single page of a post it could display ‘related posts’ or ‘similar posts’ of other posts that match the same categories? Obviously it would display posts that have the most categories matched first.
