SilverClean v5.9 "Missing: updated" "Missing: author" "Missing: entry-title

Hello,
I am using WordPress 3.9.2 with SilverClean v5.9 theme.
I am getting error in my webmaster tool like-

"Missing: updated"
"Missing: author"
"Missing: entry-title"

I read many posts and tried several times to solve this issue, but couldn’t.
here is a solution but I didn’t found the codes in my single.php file
