Silly Question: Is this plugin the same as this one?

So ive been looking for this plugin like crazy:
Business Directory for WordPress:
https://businessdirectory.squarecompass.com/The above page sort of redirects me here. So is this the same one, only reworked or something?
The reason I ask is because the above plugin looks like this: https://allindiewriters.com/writers-markets/
Sadly, I installed this Business Directory Plugin and it looks nothing like the one above.
