Silent mp4 on customized header

  • Hi,

    (sorry for my english, I’m french)

    I did install the theme accelerate, customizing the header (media header) with a mp4 file, but it appears that there is no sound while visiting the site.
    I tried a plugin in to add the same mp4 file (on the same page) and it works fine (i.e. with sound). I get the same problem with a youtube video.

    Did I make a mistake ?

    We have integrated the WordPress Video Header feature within the theme, which does not let you have sound on the videos added there and hence, you could not notice the sound/audio. So, in this case, we might not be able to assist you on it. Hope this clarifies out this feature of the theme.

    It seems to be an odd situation : a video without sound, but I’ll manage with that.
