Signup/Register button doesn't display the signup form.

  • I have just downloaded Mingle Forum and added it to my WordPress site via ftp. While trying to set it up and test for bugs I noticed that the register button doesn’t display any sort of signup/registration form. I have created a signup page and added it to the login & logout section of the Mingle Forum options. This just displays a blank page with the title “Signup”. The login page however, does display the login fields. I have also checked “Anyone can register” under Settings > General. Please could someone advise me on how to rectify this.

    It would seem that the best answer is use another plugin. Mingle is no longer on the repo, and according to this post on wp.org forums it’s insecure too.

    I just found this not working on one site, then saw the thread above where the author promised security fixes in v1.1. Then I looked at the version on my site and it was 1.0.34, so I’ve deleted it as we can’t take the risk.
