This has nothing to do with my plugin. It’s your theme and that Search form that wraps to the bottom of the signup form when you view in mobile mode. When you try to click on a view/signup link, you can see the search form is being triggered instead. Try disabling or removing that search form, at least in mobile view, and I bet the problem goes away.
My plugin doesn’t have anything to do with form styles, and how they are presented in desktop versus mobile mode, that’s all on your theme. I stick to the practice that plugins should handle functionality, while themes should handle appearance and CSS styling, thus I always do the bare minimum CSS for my plugins and let the theme dictate how form fields should look on your site. My code that generates those lists and the signups forms is all server side PHP code, and server side code does NOT know what type of device is being used, and so there is no different code for desktop or mobile devices. That would be handled via CSS and javascript, which is run in your browser, but created by your theme, to make your site responsive to the type of device that is viewing it.
