Signup forms not displaying

    Hi,

    My website url is: https://www.thelastcookie.ca
    I created and activated the embedded inline form for the desktop users and the top bar for mobile users on my website. However, even after activating the forms they aren’t appearing on the website. Can you pls help me resolve this issue?
