Well, I don’t have enough information to answer. If you have just installed the plugin, I suggest you re-install it.

I have already configured the fields. Some of the admin pages will submit, and others will not. I am trying to change the settings in the Signup Form Settings screen. Even if I don’t make any changes, there is a delay of about 5-10 seconds, then the browser says that the request timed out. Everything else is working. It appears to only be the part of the code that is tied into the WP options code. Please let me know if there is any more information I can provide, and I will do so.

    Thanks,

    Kenny

Well, 5-10 seconds before a timeout is not much, 30 seconds is more normal, so extending the PHP setting “maximum_execution_time” might help.

Good point. I will be moving the site to Dreamhost soon. I’ll let you know if the problem follows. :o)

Just installed on the new server and it’s working fine. So now we know it was a problem with BlueHost. :o/

Yes, most likely a security rule. It’s possible to work this out with the web host and get them to add an exception that will allow the transaction.

Hi there I have been having a similar problem in that whenever trying to set up the database to locate the thanks and record pages, when i click save this message is shown to me

    No data received

    Hide details
Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data.
    Reload this webpage
Press the reload button to resubmit the data needed to load the page.
    Error code: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

I’m afraid I’m fairly new to this game but love your database, the backend seems to work fine; have encountered no problem in adjusting forms, creating custom fields and entering data. Just seems to be whenever I try and point certain functions to pages that this message appears. Have tried different browsers to no luck along with uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin

Is it likely to be something with my hosting service, Krystal?

Any help would be kindly appreciated

    Hi Matty,

You really should post these questions on a new thread…makes it easier for others to find help.

Did you contact your hosting and ask them if any security rules might be causing the problem?
