• I’ve created a popup form for new subscribers. But when a subscriber fills in their e mail & cleans on the “let’s keep in touch” button, it opens a signup form with multiple “confirm you’re not a robot” Captcha messages all over the web page. HOw do I remove them so that there’s a single Captcha message to solve?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out!

That’s definitely not expected! This is very likely a conflict with your theme or a plugin on your website. Can you please follow these instructions to test for conflicts and determine what’s causing that?

Alternatively, you can try one of the other Captcha methods available in MailPoet.

Let us know how that goes!

Under “Advanced” settings there is a captcha option. The captcha option I chose caused a 2nd captcha page to open once the subscriber added their name in the Newletter signup pop up. THere is no reason to ask a subscriber to enter their e mail address in one page & then have to complete a captcha on a 2nd page. The captcha should be in the Newsletter signup form itself.

Hey @richards1052 . That’s the behavior of the built-in MailPoet Captcha.

If you want the Captcha to be embedded in the subscription form you can use one of the Google ReCaptcha methods.
