signup checkbox on woocommerce checkout page not working

I see that your site is using the latest version of WordPress but could you confirm is this the latest version of Mailchimp for Woocommerce.

After running some tests on my end by changing the setting on a test store. I was able to see the Signup Checkbox below the Order Notes field using the Default Storefront theme for WooCommerce.

Would it be possible for you to test using another theme such as storefront in a staging environment as well? This is to help isolate if there are any theme conflicts with divi.

Thanks for getting back to me. I will test the theme.
While we wait – how on earth do I translate the singup popup form? We have danish and swedish and english and i set the popup form up in mailchimp but it only shows up in english and i can not translate it via loco translate or polylang.

Can you help?

I think it is working now. I don’t know why it did not work in the beginning but i see the box now ??
