Signing up for a blog in 3.0?

    How does a user sign up for a blog in 3.0b2? I just signed up (as a user) for my new blog, but don’t see anywhere I can create a blog. Does this feature need to be allowed in the admin somewhere?

    What is the point of this option? How do people become logged in if they can’t register?

    You can register users as the site admin. then this option lets them create as many blogs/sites as they want.
