Signing up doesn’t work

Hi everyone. I have a question about signing up for a free WordPress.com account. After filling out the first page, where I choose my blog address, put in my email, etc. I am taken to the next page (wordpress.com/signup) but the page is blank except the for WordPress logo and links to Home, Tags and Join at the top. It looks as if it hasn’t fully loaded, but I don’t know what else to do to finish the signup process.
