SignIn not accepted

I urgently need a WP expert to help me with my newly redesigned site. The redesigner has cut off all communication and will not show me how to use the widgets they set up for me or to correct the errors now on the site. The site is audaud.com I need a WP expert to do a screenshare with me to correct some of the errors and show me how to use the widgets to do the rest myself. Site still has the Jan. text up and I change it monthly. I am at [phone number moderated] most of this aft. and most of Friday after 10 AM PST.
Neither passwords I had for wordpress.com and www.remarpro.com are accepted anymore. I also need help on that, but could not find it on your site.
