Signatures/images in PDF

    Hi,

    Created a loan application with Formidable forms (pro version). Signatures (using the addon) or images don’t seem to show up in the PDF. Images/signatures show up as “Image not found or type unknown” in the PDF.

    I am trying to embed the pdf in an email notification, using hte following shortcode:

    [frm-pdf public=”1″ label=”here” exclude_fields=”1412, 1424, 1425, 978, 989, 990, 1411, 7786, 7772, 7783, 7779, 7787, 977, 8496, 8513, 8515, 8509, 8518, 8520, 8522″].


    I turned allow_url_fopen on, per instructions on this page https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/pdfs. However, images still don’t appear.

    How do I enable images / signatures in the PDF?
