signature suddenly stopped working

  • Hi,

    I am using your plugin in my website from last 2 years and it was working perfectly. From last couple of days its suddenly stopped working.

    I tried to enable/disable the plugin but its not helping.

    it just displaying the short code on the page like this
    [signature* signature-670 id:signatue cols:900 rows:226 color:#0000FF background:#CDCDCD]

    Any quick help is highly appreciated.

    Hi,

    The signature shortcode is simply not rendered, which means the plugin is probably disabled.
    If you can’t enable it back, there must be an error somewhere in your server’s logs which will tell us why.
    OR
    There’s another plugin/theme feature using the “signature” shortcode that’s conflicting with my plugin.

    Thanks for your response.

    I checked and plugin is enabled.
    I also deleted the plugin and installed it again and activated it. Its showing in CF7 editor but it still not working.

    Also changed the theme but there is no luck.

    Just updated the wordpress and CF7 and its started working ??
