    Hi,

    Common cause if department signature is not include.

    – ticket do not have department
    – department do not have signature

    Hi. I have a department selected when posting a ticket and a signature inside the department. When I reply to the ticket, I have tried checking append department signature and not checking append. Neither have worked. I have no signature appending. I am using v.1.1.4.

    Thank you for your help.
