Signature is not included

  • I have put the following in the form:

    [signature signature-401]

    And this is in the email:

    [signature-401]

    But there is no image and no link included. Not in Outlook and not in Hotmail. Even if I use those two things separately.

    The website is live. And I checked the box for html. Is there a logical reason for this?
