Signature field shows up as a plain code in Telegram, and as a little distorted kinda “image” in email, when I click the “form fields” in Templates.

Is it possible to send it as a link directly? Like it shows in the “responses” in Bit form backend. Thanks.

Is it also possible for it to appear as a link URL in attached PDF too?

Regarding the signature field and sending the attachment as a link in PDF, email, and Telegram integration, we will check this issue and provide you with an update soon.

As for HTML text not showing up in PDFs, unfortunately, this is not possible. However, you can add static HTML text directly into the template. If the HTML field value remains the same for each submission, you can manually insert it into the template.

We have resolved the issue with the signature field, and it now sends the signature field data to both Telegram and Email. However, the direct signature link is not available. The link you see in the response requires the user to be logged in to the site to view the image. As a result, users cannot view the signature unless they are logged in. Therefore, you can send the signature as an image to both Email and Telegram.

Thank you SOOO much for adding it to the recent update, wow y’all are amazing!

Sending it as an image is a much better option than that link, I really appreciate this!???? When I’m able to, I’m so purchasing pro!

I have tried it, and it works perfectly with Telegram, but I haven’t been able to figure out sending signatures with email. I added the field in email template, but it still shows as a tiny distorted image. And the “add attachment” option in conditional logic email setup isn’t showing the signature field. Could you please tell how to set it up to send signature in email? Thank you so much!

    Also, is this possible?

I use Google forms for tons of forms on my website, and I’m thinking of switching to Bit Form.

A very important feature would be for the fields to be adjustable/expandable like Google forms fields. Like, when users type in the “text area field”, I want it (the width) to show as one line and then expand as the user types.

Is there some code for this? I want it to be applicable to all “text area” fields on all forms. Thank you!
