Signature Count Frozen

Hi,
I have been using the Speak Up! Plugin for about 4 months and there hasn’t been any problems. Its only now that I have been very disappointed to discover that the number count at the bottom has stopped working. I went to my admin panel but there does not seem to be anything that I can do about it.
Please help!
