Signature and Email

  • Hello,

    I was testing the chat email response and it’s coming from wordpress@mydoamin.com instead of the email I gave it ([email protected]) in the settings.

    Also, I tried to put an image in for a signature file, but the image comes through as broken even the though the html tag is correct?

    Hi @gsk8 ,
    in order to get the email works you need to use a plugin for smtp or to have configured phpmail. Please let us know the way that your installation is using for emails.
