    You could add a new HTML field to the end of your Gravity Form and enable the Show HTML Field option in the PDF settings. You can add the class “gf_hidden” to the HTML block so it isn’t shown to the user when filling out the form. If you have other HTML fields in your form you don’t want displayed in the PDF add the class “exclude”.
