Sign up with payment option

Hello everyone, I don’t know how to create a registration page with customize forms and add a payment option that (only if the payment goes right) allows the new user to begin with a specific role and once the time is expired (about 1 year) change the user’s role automatically as a guest. Can someone help me? I hope I explained my problem clearly..
