I’m not able to reproduce that on any of my test sites. I think you have a conflict with another plugin, or possibly even your theme.
Looking at the source of your page, there are a LOT of scripts getting loaded. My plugin works all one one page, and I see that the main list of volunteer sheets and then the tasks list if you click on a sheet seem to work fine. It is once the input form is displayed for signing up that there is some kind of conflict.
If possible, first deactivate all the other plugins and see if it works. If it works then, you know it’s another plugin. If it still doesn’t work, then you know it’s something in your theme… in which case, you should temporarily switch to another theme and see if the problem goes away.
My guess is that it’s a plugin, and based on the huge number of scripts being loaded in the background, my guess would be its the NextGen Gallery plugin. I actually had to delete that plugin from another site of mine since it’s been bug ridden since the new company took it over. I haven’t tested it with this plugin of mine, though. However, looks like there are many other plugins, or maybe you theme, loading plenty of other scripts on that page also. So, it’s going to be a process of elimination to figure out where the conflict is.
My plugin is not using any scripts on the public side, so it shouldn’t be a conflict with javascripts, but I think one of your scripts is probably keying in on the form and doing something it shouldn’t be.
If you can narrow it down to a plugin or your theme, let me know which it is, and I’ll download and install it on my test server to see if I can find what the problem is.
