We are unable to view the signup sheet on a page by adding its shortcode.

    [pta_sign_up_sheet id=”1″ date=”” group=”” list_title=”” show_headers=”yes” show_time=”yes” show_phone=”no” order_by=”first_date” order=”ASC”]

It is set to VISIBLE. We only have 1 sheet as ID #1. No other code on page. Any ideas?

Update: The short code works in a post but not on a page.

Are you using any kind of visual editor, such as Visual Composer, Elementor, or even the WordPress Gutenberg Block Editor? Maybe try editing the page in Classic Editor mode, and look at it in text mode to make sure there are no html tags (such as code or pre) around the shortcode. If you don’t have the option for Classic Editor, install the Classic Editor plugin (it’s extremely popular and easy to find, since most people hate the new Block Editor).

If that doesn’t help, then maybe it’s something to do with the way your theme processes and displays content for pages that is not allowing my plugin to process the shortcode.

Not much else I can think of at this point. You can certainly just use it on a “post” instead of a “page” without there being any difference at all in the way it works.
