    Hi,

    A client has advised that shoppers are seeing an error message when signing up for product emails – “Something went wrong, please try after some time.”

    Everything on the site is up to date, I’ve re-installed the plugin and cleared the site cache and I’m getting very mixed results – sometimes emails are signed up, but more often than not I get the same message on a range of different devices and browsers.

    Normally there is consistency with such issues, but this appears to be quite random. Please can you advise how it can be fixed?

    Hi @sbwdblog8, that’s a strange bug. Can you tell me which plugins you are using? I’ve signed up multiple times on your page to try and force an error, but it keeps working. As I can see right here, my plugin isn’t even catching these emails. You can easily disable my plugin for a while and check if the problem disappeared or reoccurred.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your feedback – I must apologise, it looks like my client has installed a couple of other email related plugins and she said the issue was with Manage Notification E-mails but it isn’t.
