    Hello, World!

Recently I installed Ultimate Member and I found it fine. Anyway I faced an issue: sign up form has Username and E-mail fields prefilled with my WordPress admin details. They are visible to any visitors anywhere…

Any idea how to fix that?

    Thank you!

  • Hi @intermedia1,

you need to delete the prefilled form-entries at the form!

Go at admin to UM-Forms, select the corresponding form (register) and than at the fields user / email you need to delete the field “default data”.

May this pre-fill is useful with john.doe or something like that.

Please ask, if this not help you!
    cheers

    Hi, @wp-henne ,

Thank you for your advice. Actually this is the first thing I tried but it doesn’t solve problem. Default Value fields are empty.

I tried to put different value like john.doe, but still my admin username and email appear in the sign up form.

Conclusion: no matter if I fill or leave empty Default Value field – in both cases my admin username and email appear in the sign up form…

    Any other idea?
