• Hi lads,
I’ve a trouble with using Sendpress sign up to newsletter form as it works fine as widget (in footer) but not as a shortcode (my page: https://www.emergeaudio.com – check shortcode on the middle right and form in the bottom).
    My shortcode is:
    [sendpress-signup listids=’Subs’ label_display=’false’]

when You enter email and click “Submit” nothing happens; moreover “submit” button is not clickable anymore. Why is that? My list with subscribers is “Subs”.
In widget I have disabled “Display labels inside?”.

    Please help!

    Hi mahon11,

The listids setting on the shortcode needs to be the actual ID of the list. You will see something like ( id:1115 – public ) after the list name on the subscribers tab.

Looking at the widget in the footer the id should most likely be 387. So your shortcode would look like [sendpress-signup listids=’387′ label_display=’false’].

As for the labels are your trying to complete remove them?

    Thanks,
    Josh

Now it’s working! I changed listids=”Subscribers” to listids=”387″. My fault as i put name of a list instead of number.
    Thank You very much!

BTW: Is it possible to disable confirmation page sent to subscriber? When someone enter email and click submit is automatically added to the list?

    Cheers,
    mahon11
