Yes, I just saw the response from w3tc and notified them that the problem still persisted even after disabling and removing all files.

Regarding Hustle I originally contacted them weeks ago and they haven’t been able to resolve the issue. However, I have had the same problem with other plugins.

This evening I disabled all plugins (through the help of Siteground) and the problem still continued so it doesn’t appear to be from the plugins.

Well, WordPress itself doesn’t provide pop-up signup things, so if you added those via a plugin, and then disabled all plugins, that’s why it didn’t work. ??
