    Hello,

    Probably, your hosting service provider needs some specific requirements to send emails from your website.
    Did you try with other email address?
    If you get the SUCCESS message after the sign up, then the email has been sent.

    You may also ask for your hosting service provider to check the email log. Probably they see if it has been blocked.
