Sign-up confirmation returns 404 page not found

Can you please let us know if you’re using the MailPoet page as your confirmation page?

Even if you have a custom page, could you please create a new custom one to test if the problem was the link itself or the redirection?

Yes, we are using the MailPoet page as confirmation page.

I just created a new custom page, as requested, and still there is the same problem with the new page.

It looks to me like somehow the endpoint link is not working.

In this case, could you please go to wp-admin > Settings > Permalinks and click “Save Changes”?

This will re-save permalinks on your site and, hopefully, fix any broken ones.

Thanks for the advice, but unfortunately, resaving the permalinks hasn’t solved it.

I can go to the page directly:
https://www.spanishpropertyinsight.com/subscription-confirmed/

But not with the endpoint url:
https://www.spanishpropertyinsight.com/subscription-confirmed/?mailpoet_router&endpoint=subscription&action=confirm&data=eyJwcmV2aWV3IjoxfQ
