Sign-up confirmation emails not being sent

    Hello,
    I started using your service to built a newsletter in a WordPress but no sign-up confirmation emails are being sent. I tested it for three different email agents and no emails land in inbox nor in a SPAM folder. I followed setup instructions closely but new users still appear as Unsubscribed and resending confirmation emails don’t do the trick. Please help, I really like your solution and wouldn’t want to have to pick another one.

    I took a look at the logs of your account and I noticed that the emails sent from your site are being rejected due to authentication issues and a restrictive DMARC policy.

    In this case, I’d recommend first to set up a DKIM and SPF in your domain and validate the sender:

    You can check if that’s enough to pass the DMARC validation but if not, I’d check with your domain’s registrar if you’ve set up a restrictive DMARC record in your domain and review it as it’s continuously being marked as a violation of policy.
