Such cases can occur both due to the incompatibility of some components and due to third-party plugins. The console on your website gives a lot of both server and internal errors. Please try disabling Theme and test the popup login. As for third-party plugins, we also don’t know exactly which ones you have installed. Since LMS is a fairly complex solution for a website, many factors can affect its operation, but compatibility with all existing plugins is simply impossible, since there are millions of them. We will take this fact into account and try to improve adaptability.

Even your selling message clearly says that LMS plugin should be compatiable with all other plugins and themes, I do understand that incompatibility can occur. However, I think that there are too many incompatiable points. So far, I have faced critical 5-6 points. For sign up & login, I think that this is a basic core function but LMS can not work properly. How can I sell the course if the buyer can not register ?

Your sugguestion is to disable other exisiting plugins. I think that it is quite impossible as I have to use them. Do you have any other advices ? If not, can I ask for the money back because I can not use your plugin ?

You are correct that we claim that the plugin supports all themes, however, there are cases of incompatibility since everyone uses the same libraries that overlap each other, such as Bootstrap.
This is most likely the reason, so at the moment we cannot provide a comprehensive fix. Our team is already working on optimizing styles and scripts in order to avoid similar cases in the future.

I am having the same problem. There is no sign up or login page. There is also no payment gateway from the course to paypal or stripe. How do you set this up as there is no documentation on it.

Still experience the same issue, everything works fine except the login pop up. I am thinking of asking for a refund too. The login pop-up cannot be disabled and it doesn’t function correctly.

Login is very essential to my customer journey and if the pop-up messes that up then the plugin has lost it value.
