sign now not working

I have previously used Speakup and Speakout petitions and always I have been able to get it to work.

I recently put up a new petition and the sign now button just results in just those moving dots that mean waiting. I uninstalled all my other plugins, uninstalled and reinstalled Speakout, changed my theme, checked the Php MyAdmin tables, reset my htaccess to default, I can’t think of anything else to try.

Can anyone figure this out?
