• Just upgraded to V6.4.1 and the “Sign Me Up” button is grayed-out (inactive) for all events — Both on the front-end and in the back-end admin area on pages such as:

    wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=event&page=events-manager-bookings&event_id=5143&action=manual_booking

    Now users / admins cannot book any events

    Why is the input button disabled?? This ONLY started happening with the new update 6.4.1:

    <div class="em-booking-buttons">

    <input type="submit" class="em-booking-submit em-form-
    submit disabled" id="em-booking-submit" value="Sign me
     up!" disabled>

    I downgraded to V 6.3 and the problem went away.

    Hopefully the developer will respond and fix!

    Hello, the button should enable itself when you select a space. The issue could be a JS conflict or a variety of other potential reasons. We’d need to see it in action to comment further. Do you have a staging site where we can reproduce this?

    Ok, I have created a staging site.

    If you don’t select a space, and just accept the default, then the submit button is disabled.

    See: https://bitcloud1.a2hosted.com/emtest/events/test-em-event/

    ALSO, if the number of tickets is limited in admin settings to “at least = 1” and “at most = 1”, then no spaces are shown in the form, and the submit button is disabled. (This is our most common type of event)

    See: https://bitcloud1.a2hosted.com/emtest/events/test-em-only-one-space/
