Sidebar/Widget Help

For some reason, on the mainpage of https://wadeintheriver.org/scriptandscripture/?cat=18 the sidebar is appearing at the bottom of the page. I tried to drop and drag it where it should be on the left, but that doesn’t work. When I click on some of the category links to other posts it’s fine. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
