• Hello,
    I designed a Twenty Ten theme website about 3 years ago and have left it in the clients hands since. Although I told them not to update the theme and they say they have not, I have a suspicion they might have done so.

    Either way the site is now offline and the code below is what I see in my ftp error log. I can’t recall how I did the child/parent theme and I am now trying to rectify the sidebars.php code with no luck. I have searched for hours with no luck online ??

    I really appreciate your help.
    Conor

  • That error message implies that the site is using the Hatch theme – not Twenty Ten or a child theme. Try switching to the default 2012 theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    the error mesage might also imply that the client is not running the latest version of WordPress

    get_theme_support() was introduced in wp3.1
