Hi there! I did a bunch of site updates – WP and plugins – and following these, the custom sidebars are no longer displaying. The page settings and widget area settings all seem to be fine, but the pages are simply displaying the default page sidebar only.

I have not yet made a dev site to test for plugin conflicts, but I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced this with recent updates?

    Thank you!

Thanks for the suggestion – no, it did not.

In the backend, everything looks as it should. It is just on the front end where the selected custom sidebar is no longer displaying.

    Hey @cinnamonlou,

    Hope you’re well.

I didn’t experience the same issue, but did you try to change page sidebar settings to default and back to custom sidebar? Maybe that can reset some settings and help. Or if you have caching plugin you can try deactivating it.

If nothing helps, you should check theme/plugin conflict tests.

    Cheers,

Thanks for checking back in. I wasn’t able to get it to work with several different attempts, so out of necessity and not spending too much of the client’s time, I had to change to a different plugin.

I appreciate you following up though!
