• The sidebar items don’t/ the entire sidebar doesn’t appear on the pages which are based on the template Custom Page Example page. I’m using this page template because it doens’t show the header. In the page with the Default template (where I don’t need any sidebar) the sidebar does appear.
    Any advice on what to try?
    I’m using the Customiz’r theme with a child theme.

    It wasn’t. Thank you for that. Pasted that piece there now, after
    <?php do_action( '__sidebar' , 'right' ); ?>
    but now it’s in the content area, above my content…
    Oh and, I’m using the WP page widgets plugin (set to ‘customize’, not ‘default’), with which I can adjust the sidebar per page, but now with the get_sidebar, it took the sidebar I had tested in the page with the default template.
    Will fiddle a bit, but advice would be appreciated ??
