sidebar widget is not shown

I can see the sidebar contents on the browser, but there is no sidebar in the widget.

There are only “contact sidebar” in the widget.

So, I cannot edit the default information in the sidebar…

Once I unistalled the parent them, and reinstalled again, but in vain.
