sidebar widget for multiple photostreams

I run a multi-author blog and would like to add a photostream to the sidebar that contains photos from all the author’s individual photostreams.

I’ve seen a plugin that seems to do this for flickr streams, but we have a combination of picasaweb and flickr that i’d like to combine.

Is anyone aware of such a plugin?
